Apprenticeships
Excellent education can only take place with strong support inside and outside the classroom. Our goal is to attract, retain and develop skilled and dedicated support teams.
Apprenticeships

Lift Schools specialises in non-teaching apprenticeships. We work closely with apprentices’ schools, to ensure that training plans match the needs of each setting. We want to provide our apprentices with the precise skills they’ll need in their schools. Our apprenticeship provision was inspected by Ofsted in May 2024 and graded as ‘good’ with ‘outstanding’ features.

We are now accepting applications for September and October 2024.

Details on all apprenticeship courses coming soon.

Apprenticeship funding

If you pay the apprenticeship levy (Lift Schools is a levy payer), your contributions can go towards the cost of a course.

If you do not pay the apprenticeship levy (or have insufficient contributions), the government will pay at least 95% of the cost of a course. Levy transfers can be set up for employers who are not levy payers.

For a full list of eligibility criteria, see the government’s apprenticeship-funding rules for employers.
